Factory Original Style - German Classic Sonnenland® Canvas - 3 Plastic Windows
Fits 280SL, 300SL, 350SL, 380SL, 420SL, 450SL, 500SL, 560SL

This Mercedes 107 chassis convertible top is made as original with 3 sewn in windows using patterns and specifications to the original vehicle. This includes German Classic canvas from Haartz Germany, which is a premium quality topping with 100% polyester dobby weave lining fabric.

Includes detailed installation instructions.

Made with a hand-rolled binding as the original Mercedes.  The topping material has a Tan interior backing color as original and includes vinyl piping around the rear windows like the original.

WINDOW:   Includes 3 new plastic windows.  The window is sewn into the convertible top with a double stitch for strength like original and includes finish trim piping around the exterior.

FABRIC:     Manufactured using premium German (Sonnenland) Classic canvas.  The canvas is a three ply composite made of an acrylic weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer and a polyester lining fabric. I recently purchased a replacement top for my R107 Mercedes, and I have to say that the quality of the top was as good as the original German top that came on the car. I also replaced the top myself, with the help of the instructions you supplied. The steps were straight foward and the pictures were helpful, in making a job I had never done before much easier then expected. Last month I received your replacement top for my SL. I systematically removed the old top in a few hours and replaced it with the new one at the end of the second day.  It's quality was equal to the original both inside and out.  As was advertised, the cloth were made in Germany and identical to the original. I would highly recommend your product for anyone considering a replacement top. Your price was the most competitive I could find on the internet!
