It took 22 days to inspect an unopened box! In the beginning of the return process when I was notified of the two week timing of the return of my funds, I stated the time period of my refund shouldn’t take that long because the box was never opened! I even sent pictures. In response, I received a nasty gram about company policy. Ok, but does the company not make any exceptions? Like a factory sealed box that clearly wasn’t opened? Is it ran by robots or something? Basically I was informed the company would have every right to follow said policy! As a consumer in these times I’m sure we’ve all learned lessons about our rights, I have. I’ve learned I have the right to report companies like this one to the better business bureau, and that’s exactly what I did! Autotops rating is an F, not surprising! Keep up the horrible customer service and keep fighting a losing battle with Robbins convertible tops and consumers should see an out of business sign in this companies future.
