This headliner fits the 1994-1997 BMW 3 Series (E36) Convertibles that are a three tube design and have a Manual Lock. It’s a twill ribbed charcoal color material, like the original, with a front heat-seal pinch welt. Headliner snaps on in the front.

THIS IS A REPLACEMENT HEADLINER FOR VEHICLES WITH A THREE PLASTIC BOW (TUBE) DESIGN THAT HAVE A PINCH WELT FRONT ATTACHMENT AND A MANUAL LOCKING CONVERTIBLE TOP.

Check your Headliner Laces (cables) to see if they are reusable. If you need new ones, we have BMW original Lace Kits in stock. We also have BMW plastic trim repair kits. These are flat plastic reinforcements on the lower quarters of the headliner and a recommended replacement when installing a new headliner if your existing parts show wear or damage.
