1994-1997 BMW E36 Replacement Headliner
Made from Twill Ribbed Charcoal Material with Waterproof Vinyl Backing
Fits BMW 318i Cabriolet, 318ic Cabriolet, 320i Cabriolet, 320ic Cabriolet, 325i Cabriolet, 328i Cabriolet, 328ic Cabriolet, M3 Cabriolet with a manual locking top.
This headliner fits the 1994-1997 BMW 3 Series (E36) Convertibles that are a three tube design and have a Manual Lock. It’s a twill ribbed charcoal color material, like the original, with a front heat-seal pinch welt. Headliner snaps on in the front.
THIS IS A REPLACEMENT HEADLINER FOR VEHICLES WITH A THREE PLASTIC BOW (TUBE) DESIGN THAT HAVE A PINCH WELT FRONT ATTACHMENT AND A MANUAL LOCKING CONVERTIBLE TOP.

Check your Headliner Laces (cables) to see if they are reusable. If you need new ones, we have BMW original Lace Kits in stock. We also have BMW plastic trim repair kits. These are flat plastic reinforcements on the lower quarters of the headliner and a recommended replacement when installing a new headliner if your existing parts show wear or damage. headliner was perfect, however the actual top i ordered was to be an original with the relief pockets what i received was a top which had no relief pockets and a larger clear rear plastic window, instead of tinted green. the installer could not tie his bay up to correct this and installed the top which was incorrect for the car. Very disappointed.
Install instructions would be a nice part of customer as part of the sale
