WINDOW
Tinted glass window with embedded defroster wiring. The rear window is securely bonded to the canvas topping material such that there is no external stitching or piping around the outside edge of the window. The convertible top window bonding system provides an exceptionally clean look and extremely secure bond guaranteed to not fail for 5 years.
About the Material
Manufactured using premium Haartz Stayfast canvas, which is mold and mildew resistance and has superior resistance to long term exposure to the sun. It’s an three-ply composite made of acrylic square weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer, and a cotton lining fabric.

My old top came off easy enough, I did take pictures and tried to remember all the steps. Putting the new top on is a different story. I got the zippers and the tension cable, but then I was stuck… I am calling for help now… I will continue my review later. but I do love the color of the new top, I switched from black to tan. Update-the new roof looks great!! Advice…take lots of pictures and video. The printed directions lack a lot of important small details. It took me about 7 hours, but if directions were clear, it would have been less.
I have re dived the top and am pleased with the way it looks. I would like to reserve final judgement until I install it.
My concern is that I sent in two requests for information just after downloading the installation instructions (several days before receiving the top which I received almost a week ago) and I still have not receive a reply to my questions.
The questions may be trivial but they are important to me.
I only wish to know how lim the rivets are to be ( diameter is 4mm I assume from the instructions) and what kind of thread I should use when doing the stitching.
