We manufacture our 1996-2002 BMW Z3 convertible tops in the USA using the original vehicle’s patterns and specifications. The topping material was made in the same factory as the original BMW top, so the color, texture, look, and feel will match. The topping material is a three-ply composite made of acrylic twill weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer, and a polyester lining fabric. It comes fully assembled and ready for immediate installation and requires no cutting or sewing. The convertible top window is a new plastic window with a very slight tint similar to the original. The window is sewn into the convertible top for strength and durability. The finished trim piping is included around the outer frame of the window, as shown in the image below.
