WINDOW
New DOT rated glass window is bonded into the rear window section. From the exterior, the edge around the window has a clean, finished appearance with no piping needed to hide stitching, gluing or imperfections that may arise from other bonding methods. The fabric has been carefully notched by a computer controlled cutter around the radius to ensure proper adhesion around the entire perimeter to eliminate potential leaking. The technology is unique and protected by worldwide patents and we guarantee the bond to the original purchaser for the life of the vehicle.
FABRIC
Manufactured using premium sailcloth grain vinyl like the original, but is a two ply composite made of a PVC sailcloth grain outer layer and a 100% polyester inner lining for superior flexibility and longer life than standard cotton backed materials. The material is the same as the original Sebring JX top and since the topping material was manufactured in the same factory that made it for Chrysler, you can be sure the color, texture, look and feel will match.
Precision cut, and self installation is not hard at all. I will say a few things, it says 1/2 inch staples in the instructions you want to use 3/8 for the back and 1/4 for the front. Also before you get the front and sides fully stapled/glued the back will look like it’s not going to be flush with the back window but it will in the end.
Also while the fabric that the glass is adhered too has notched cut out the top layer doesn’t so you will have to cut those out by hand. But the precut notches made it WAY simpler to attached the headliner pieces to the top, that was my biggest concern. Also amazed that they but a chalk line on the top layer to make lining everything up a lot more simple and without that don’t think I would of gotten a he headliner in as smoothly or that it would of looked as smooth in the end.
If you can operate a staple gun you can do this with patience, a little common sense, and the instructions provided. Took about 7 hours.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my Chrysler Convertible 2001-2006 Sebring Sailcloth Vinyl Sandalwood top. It’s a beautiful top! Plus, customer service referred me to a very good installer. They did a great job installing my top. My car looks like a new car.
The convertible top arrived as expected, as of yet, it is not installed. Product seems in very good condition. So far I’m satisfied…
The top itself is of good quality however the instructions could be a lot better. I would have done better not to use them. I am a Aircraft mechanic, I install tops head liner and all types of cloth covers. over all great stuff at good price. If you have never done this stuff before take it to a pro and have them do it.
