WINDOW
New DOT rated glass window is bonded into the rear window section. From the exterior, the edge around the window has a clean, finished appearance with no piping needed to hide stitching, gluing or imperfections that may arise from other bonding methods. The fabric has been carefully notched by a computer controlled cutter around the radius to ensure proper adhesion around the entire perimeter to eliminate potential leaking. The technology is unique and protected by worldwide patents and we guarantee the bond to the original purchaser for the life of the vehicle.
FABRIC
Manufactured using first quality Haartz Twillfast Cloth material. The topping is a three-ply composite made of an acrylic twill weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer and a polyester lining. It is much quieter than the lower cost sailcloth vinyl, looks and feels richer and will wear better over the long-term.
The material is the same as the original Sebring JXi and Limited top and since the topping material was manufactured in the same factory that made it for Chrysler, you can be sure the color, texture, look and feel will match.
High quality material that was a breeze to install. Instructions were spot on but the pictures could have been more detailed and sharp.
We bought our 2001 Sebring factory new and the finished product looks and feels exactly as when new. Don’t settle for cheap vinyl with a plastic window. The twill fabric with glass window is top notch. Thank you.
