2 Piece Factory Original Style – Trilogy Acoustic Vinyl Fabric – Heated Glass Window
This is a factory original two-piece design with deck seams and overlapping quarter panels just like the original Honda S2000 convertible.
About the Glass Window
This Honda top includes a new glass window with embedded defroster wiring. The wiring harness is not included. The window is a DOT rated tempered glass. Glass window convertible tops can be installed on a Honda S2000 that originally came with a plastic window. There are two additional tension straps included in box that must be riveted to the rear bow. A detailed diagram and instructions on how to add these straps will be included in the box. A partial headliner sits between the middle and rear bows for stability and improved look.
About the Trilogy Acoustic Vinyl Topping Material
Manufactured using premium heavier weight vinyl with greater flexibility needed to the Honda S2000 tight fit. The material has a 100% polyester inner lining for superior flexibility and longer life than standard cotton backed materials.
I had a pro install it and it looks great, came with ample instructions. Nice tight tight fit! Looks just like oem! Couldnt be happier so far.
Was replacement for car with cracked plastic window. The instructions were good followed step by step. Top fit as it should. I like the glass window better now to find a retro fit wiring kit and switch for heated glass thanks for a great product
Have not opened the box yet waiting for installer to find time.Thanks for the speedy delivery to Canada as was stated ordered on monday and received following monday.
Excellent service except I have had trouble getting a reply to my email about unable to open up the embedded images within the fitting instructions. The job is still not complete so any further help with the images to assist in understanding the procedure would be great.
I purchased a Top for a 2000 S2000, prompt shipment and the quality of the top so far is very good. The ride noise at 70 mph is substantially less than the old top. Since this was the first time I had replaced a top I struggled a little with the instructions but overall was not too tough. I would recommend.
