I received the wrong item. It was for a 2001, not a 2011 Jag XKR. However I believe that the fault was mine, and not that of Autotopsdirect. I talked to Lloyd. He accepted my return and I purchased the correct part. He was very helpful and made no big issue out of the fact that I had ordered the wrong part. I’m a happy customer; Lloyd is a good sales rep.
