The top looks to be solid and well made. The problem I have is a lack of customer support. The link for the install details will not work, the website link doesn’t work, I’ve sent 2 customer support emails in last 3 days, called 3 times, and still do not have install directions. I want to return the top, but have no luck there either. At a loss now other than asking my credit card company to reimburse the charges.
Autotops Direct had the opportunity for a 5-star rating. But in the end, unfortunately failed to deliver. I purchased a replacement top for my 1988 Mercedes 560SL. All went well. The top was good quality, and the installation was as expected. Unfortunately, a few months later while my Mercedes was on the lift, I inadvertently opened the garage door where the garage door opener connecting arm cut my new top… ugh. My fault, I get it. When I ordered another replacement top, I explained my situation and I asked if there was any discount available or at least match my original sale price of 20% off (email discount code) because I was ordering the exact same top because of my mistake. The sales rep said 10% off is the best he could do. If that’s the best, I guess I have no choice but to take it. Two days later I get an email offering 20% off any new top… seriously, are you mocking me?! The top was good quality, the customer service was highly disappointing.

The installer said the fit was perfect and the quality was superior. Auto tops direct customer service was helpful and I received my soft top within 3 days . I had a great experience.
I called twice (once at each option) and left a message at each option, and got no response. The top I received is nice but it did not include instructions as was advertised. It also said it was complete and it did not include all the seals.
I am happy with the quality of the top but I am not so happy with wording vs. reality and with your lack of follow up.
