2004-2009 Toyota Solara Convertible Top – Black Haartz Twillfast
FIts the 2004-2009 Solara (Camry Solara SE, Camry Solara SLE). This new convertible top is manufactured in the USA. The patterns, specifications, materials, and designs were developed from an original Toyota soft top. All Solara replacement tops include sewn-in plastic retainers and a new heated glass window.
WINDOW
Includes a new tinted glass window with embedded defroster wiring. The glass windows are bonded using an advanced robotic controlled window bonding system that eliminates the stitch lines and piping commonly found on heated sealed tops or silicone bonded windows.The convertible top window bonding system provides an exceptionally clean look and extremely secure bond guaranteed to not fail for the Life of the Vehicle.
FABRIC
Manufactured using premium Haartz Twillfast II canvas, which was the factory original topping material for the Toyota Solara. It has excellent UV protection making it very resistant to fading from exposure to the sun.
shopped around for a new top for my 05 Solara. Found other places that were less $$ but one thing I have learned is often times you get what you pay for. here were some which were $150less but that drastic a difference something was compromised. After careful review of autotops and one installer missing it and disclosing where he got his tops from.. Decided to go with autotops. So far VERY GLAD I did.
Just had someone install my convertible and it is now just like the day it came out of the showroom. After fourteen years of enjoyment, it is back as good as it always was.

My experience with the company was good, my top arrived on time. My installer said it was a very good top. My only problem was in making my purchase, it stared that i would receive a discount at checkout, that i did not. I questioned it but was not given any discount.
Just finished having it installed. No issues. Fit perfectly. The top did not come with a water channel which I had made. I ordered totally on line. I probably should have called to know this.
Service/price were reasonable. Excited to have a trim shop install next week. When I mentioned the price and material, trim shop owner was impressed.
