Just like your original BMW Z4 convertible, our tops are made from Haartz Twillfast RPC in Black and Tilllfast RPZ in Beige and Basalt Gray.

THE QUIETER CHOICE IN TOPPING MATERIAL
Twillfast RPC/RPZ is an upgrade to standard Sonnendeck. It has been acoustically enhanced to provide up to 2dB (a noticeable) sound reduction improvement over standard topping.

Many Aftermarket suppliers use a standard Sonnendeck or TwillFast material, which is a good alternative, but not the original material used in the BMW Z4 and M Roadster. Those standard materials are not as quiet as the acoustically enhanced RPC/RPZ used in our BMW Tops. THE GLASS WINDOW BONDING SYSTEM
One of the biggest and most noticeable differences between our BMW glass window tops and the others you will find online is the window. The bonding system on our tops is a proprietary and patent pending process that produces a secure and beautifully finished appearance with no unsightly piping and stitching around the outer face of the window.

FACTORY STYLE WEATHER SEALS
The only way to make sure you get a great fit on your replacement tops is if you have the factory style weather seals and extruded components. They are sewn onto the top below the rear window and attach to your car's frame, which makes it a critical component of a replacement top to get that OEM installation appearance.

NOTE: Most other Z4 tops sold online leave off this critically important extruded weather seal because it is expensive and difficult to manufacture.
