1971-1989 MERCEDES Convertible Top
Fits 280SL, 300SL, 350SL, 380SL, 420SL, 450SL, 500SL, 560SL — (107 Chassis)

The Mercedes 107 Chassis convertible top is made as original with a 3 sewn-in plastic windows, hand-rolled binding and includes finish trim piping around the rear windows like the original.

The deck seams are heat-sealed for added durability. The tops are stitched with matching colors using the finest polyester threads.

ORIGINAL GERMAN CLASSIC CANVAS

German Classic is the original material used by Mercedes.  It is an acoustically enhanced three-ply composite made of a polyester/acrylic twill weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer and a cotton lining fabric.

This is the most durable of the two fabric choices and has a slightly silkier feel, richer color and appearance.

TWILLFAST II (SONNENDECK) CANVAS

TwillFast is a Haartz US made fabric that is similar to the original German Classic with the same outer twill and inner dobby weave.  It has excellent wear qualities and will last longer than Stayfast.  It is  a good substitute to the original if you are looking to lower your cost.
