2005-2014 Ford Mustang Convertible Top
This is a Ford Mustang convertible top manufactured in the USA using the original patterns, specifications, materials, and designs. Fits all 2005 through 2014 Mustang, Cobra or GT500 convertibles.
WINDOW
Includes a new DOT rated heated glass window. The window is bonded using an advanced window bonding system that eliminates the need for unsightly stitching, piping or heat seal press marks commonly found on most other aftermarket Mustang tops. Interior of window has vinyl lining with die-cut rear bow retainer.
FABRIC
Manufactured using premium Haartz Sailcloth vinyl. Sailcloth vinyl was an original topping material for some Mustang models. The topping material is a single texture vinyl a two ply composite made of a PVC sailcloth grain outer layer and a polyester/cotton lining fabric.
I ordered a top for my 2005 Ford Mustang GT Convertible and it shipped very quickly and was scheduled to arrive quickly however, we had 6 inches of snow at the beach and my delivery was delayed! It is being installed within the next week!
The Sierra top I Purchased was made with a Quality Sailcloth Vinyl , workmanship was flawless, Fit really Good , Tack strip marks, I thought were a little irregular , had to remove tack strip twice to get a wrinkle out of the pass side , Looked Great after adjusting, added about 1.5 hrs. extra time to the job, Customer Happy ,,on to the next
So far that it is good but it does have a lot of wrinkles in it but I can not answer yet how it fits but because I have not had the time to install it yet
This top exceeded my expectations for quality of materials and expert craftsmanship. My installer found the file of directions for installation very helpful, except for the lack of detail on where and when to attach the top material to the front corners of the tacking bow, but that was quickly determined and the rest of the installation went smoothly.
I can’t be more pleased with the fit and finish of the top after the initial install. Now I look forward to the first time I take the car out with the top down after the fresh install. The Parchment color of the replacement top matches almost perfectly to the Stone color of the original top and interior components.
