Canvas arrived, headliner never did |

Canvas was good quality and arrived quickly (after I paid $150 in shipping alone) for an urgent project. The headliner was $125 and was surely included in my price, but never came in the mail. It's been a few days, and still no headliner. I thought perhaps it would have been rolled/folded in with the canvas, but it definitely was not. I reached out 7/20/23 via call AND email to contact customer support to no avail. It's now 8/4/23, and I've yet to hear anything back. Currently disputing the charge with the company and it's crickets there too, so...yeah. Maybe just get the canvas because you'll never receive half of your order. I'm sure this won't get their attention either or won't be posted since it'll be swept under the rug.
