What kind of materials are used in our convertible tops.
Last Updated: 08/10/2016

Auto Top Direct's convertible top supplier is committed to using the original equipment manufacturer's materials. That includes Haartz Stayfast, TwillFast and German A5 canvas materials for our canvas convertible tops. Haartz Sailcloth and other vinyls are used in our vinyl convertible tops. This is a major investment in your car and you should get 7-10 years wear out of your convertible top replacement. That is why we believe that in the long run it is in our best interest, and in your best interest to insist on Haartz original equipment materials when replacing your cloth convertible tops.

Haartz is the leading supplier to the OEM's including BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, Nissan, Mazda, and others.
