Old parts stretch and its a good idea to replace them.
Off topic, I ordered one headliner to coincide with one top. For some reason two headliners came. I don't know how my single order changed to two. I missed it. The order filler noticed it but instead of simply calling me to confirm or correct the obvious discrepancy of two headliners for one top he sent out the two headliners. Which of course meant I had to take the time and expense to return it. I was not pleased.
