1996-2000 Chrysler Sebring Convertible
We have Chrysler Sebring convertible tops in the original Sailcloth Vinyl at an incredible discount when you buy both the front section and rear window section together.
You have a choice of topping material: vinyl or canvas. The OEM original topping material depended on the model of Sebring.
Vinyl is less expensive and a great material and Cloth has a richer look and better acoustical properties. Both materials are very durable and will last many years with proper care.
Sailcloth Vinyl tops were original on the JX and are available in Black, White and Sandalwood.
TwillFast Cloth tops were original on the JXi are available in Black and Sandalwood.
Both 1996-2000 Sebring models have the same convertible top frame. Therefore, you have the option to replace your top with a Vinyl or Canvas topping
material no matter which model you own.
SHOULD YOU REPLACE THE HEADLINER?
It depends.
When performing a convertible top restoration you may want to consider replacing the interior headliner at the same time. If your headliner is in good shape and you are careful removing it, you don't have to replace it. But it is certainly the best time to consider it, especially if you think you might want to down the road.

INSTALLATION
You may be asking yourself this question. Although we always recommend a professional installer, many Sebring owners are choosing to replace their convertible top themselves.
There is no sewing required to attach a Front Section to a Rear Section. You will need a heavy duty stapler and some basic tools. With a bit of determination you can complete the installation over the weekend. Sebring convertible tops come with installation instructions should you want to do it yourself.
