Asked to have new top overnighted
I left my car at shop, over an hour from my home
I did not get a positive "we want you happy and sorry" answer.

The top looks great and I love the material, but installation was terrible.  There was no line for where the staples should go. That meant the top was stapled in the wrong spot and too tight. It was necessary to remove all the staples and redo the installation.  If it was not for this, I would have given it a five star rating.
